These are the services being offered including hourly, weekly, salaried or commissioned payrolls, taxable benefits allocation and administration, bonuses, dividend distribution. Year end payroll T4, T4A, T5, RL-1, RL-4, and all related summaries, year-end financial statement files. We offer these services at reasonable hourly rates. We have affiliations with accountants to review and sign off on your financial statements - also at very reasonable rates, or we can work with your accountant.

All work is done in our office, by qualified and experienced personnel. We pick up and deliver your paperwork, or you may come to our location in a security building. Your records are treated with total confidentiality. We use QuickBooks Pro 2008/Premier 2009/2010,  Microsoft Office 2007, including MS Outlook for our email communications. Backups are done both on the operating computers and onto external hard disk storage. We are using the latest and most modern equipment and technology including computers, printers (laser black/white for mass printing and laser color for specialty production), fax and PC-Fax machines so incoming faxes never get lost, like bits of paper with notations on them.
